El Molí Blanc is a rural house located in the northern Penedès, between Sant Pere de Riudebitlles and Torrelavit. It is an old mill built in the middle of the S. XVII next to the Riudebitlles river.
David, current owner, has been restoring the Mill over the past 20 years and from 2015 to the present has transformed this magnificent building into a rural accommodation, respecting the structure and the original elements.
The Molí Blanc has 4 rooms: two rooms of 25m² and two of 20m². The 25m² room has: 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The 20m² room has: 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
The Molí Blanc has a dining kitchen of 110m² (capacity for lunch or dinner of 35 to 40 people) with a spectacular fireplace located in the center of the room. The rooms become magnificent viewpoints, since the Molí Blanc has 38 windows (it was the part where the paper used to dry). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery. The house also has Wi-Fi, TV in the central room and TV in each room. At the entrance of the house guests have at their disposal a barbecue with tables and chairs to enjoy the magnificent natural and peaceful environment surrounding El Molí Blanc.
Next to the rural accommodation is the Riudebitlles river where we can cool off during spring and summer.
The Molí Blanc is surrounded by animals: from the horses and dogs of David, the chickens and the turkey that walk everywhere, the 14 goats that live in the mountain of the farm or the swallows that visit us every spring and summer. During the night you can hear some owl, see some bat or enjoy the song of the frogs during the spring. Around the farm you can also see some boar, fox, rabbits or different types of birds such as the wood pigeon, the woodpecker, the robin, the blackbird or the heron among others.
