This completely remodeled home is the ultimate for travelers. You will certainly enjoy the lovely South side location and quiet neighborhood. The proximity to Intermountain Health/HRH can`t be beat - just three blocks away with a lovely walking/biking trail.
The unit has an en suite washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the custom kitchen, attached garage, and large yard. The owners live and work locally and we always strive t provide an excellent experience!
1) Please do not pour grease down the drains.
2) Please be aware that someone lives in the upper unit. Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
3) Please remove shoes upon entry. There is a shoe rack and a boot tray provided for you right in front of your door.
4) Please no vaping or smoking any substance inside the unit.
