Negative: There was NO key in the lockbox upon arrival, and the front door was open seeral inches. I placed 2 calls/voicemails to the manager, but she never returned my call. I also called Vacasa, and was told to expect a return call--but that never came. We were able to lock ourselves in with a deadbolt, but impossible to lock from the outside.

Summary: Cottage was cute and well-appointed, but manager communication was nil.
