Summary: Booked the suite. Checked bed frame and found a bug. Front desk assured it was not a bed bug but had no more suites available so we were downgraded to a regular room. The staff especially Amber was very understanding and did everything they could do in their power. Breakfast was ok but not worth the $20/person cost.
