Revel in stargazing from the hot tub embraced by nature's calm and soak up the sun & cool off in the cowboy pool making your stay at Moon Landing an unforgettable getaway. • Entire home includes: full house with 2 bedrooms (kings), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room & living room; and casita-studio suite with 1 bedroom (king), kitchenette and full bathroom. • Fully private and fenced backyard with outdoor lounge & dining area, hot tub, cowboy plunge pool, lounge area & fire pit. • Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Things to Keep in Mind: - Sound can travel far in the desert landscape, no outdoor music or parties are allowed. - There can be periods of high winds during your stay. - Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at our house. We want to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, including our neighbors. - There is no smoking of any kind inside the main house or casita. Abundant parking and quiet streets, great for walking IMPORTANT RULES for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool. ● Proper Hygiene is important. We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. ● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes and denim are not permitted. ● For the safety and comfort of all guests, no pets of any kind or size, including dogs, are not allowed in the pool and spa area. ● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area. ● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the pool. ● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or cowboy pool cover. ● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and do not add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub. ● No Floatation Devices. Large floatation devices, rafts, or toys that may obstruct others are not allowed in the pool. ● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface. ● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and cowboy pool is prohibited. ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. ● Diving is not allowed in the cowboy pool or spa. POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Thursday by our maintenance pool company who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.
