Positive: A standard hotel near the city centre. The room was large and everything in the bathroom worked. The owners displayed an adequate level of service.
Negative: I've said it before and I'll damn well say it again: give hotel guests a front gate key. It would save the poor man behind the desk from getting up to open it everytime a guest gets back to the hotel.
