Summary: the place was very clean and perfect size for small family. We did not realize it was near train tracks however it did not bother us. it is a close drive to broadway. the only thing i hated about the trip which has nothing to do with this lovely have was that you had to pay for parking everywhere you go even if to walgreens! but over all we enjoyed our stay
