Please note from the 8th to the 17th of September 2025 the roof on the Culverston complex will be having resealing works completed. During this time there will be noise and dust around the complex.
Beautiful unit in an unbeatable waterfront location! This fully renovated apartment in 'Culverston' at Kings Beach offers fantastic ocean views and the luxury of being directly on the beachfront with no roads to cross.
Listen to the waves roll in from your spacious living room whilst enjoying the views of the ships sailing by. Unit 2 will accommodate up to 4 people with a Queen and 2 single beds and one bathroom (with shower over the bath). The unit has modern appliances and furnishings making your stay extra comfortable. Features include LCD TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and pedestal fans.
Close by you will find a great range of restaurants and cafes, plus plenty of parks for the kids to roam in. The 'Culverston' complex offers a lift, pool, shared BBQ area and lock up garage for one vehicle. There is also off street parking available.
Please note that there are a few stairs to walk up when entering the unit itself, and some stairs at the entry when entering/leaving the building on foot.
Please also note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are pedestal fans supplied.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
