The location is second to none, situated on prestigious Victoria Terrace with minimal traffic.
This apartment also features a private garden courtyard for soaking up suns rays in the cooler months.
Unit 3A is easily accessible, with no stairs required for packing and unpacking through the back entrance (side entrance has 1 flight of stairs to garage).
This whole unit was recently renovated in 2021 so you won't find better value in this little slice of paradise
