Summary: Very clean home. 4 spacious bedrooms, decent well stocked kitchen, large dining table, and comfy living room. Plenty of tree shade with good size pool. House sits just off Hwy 12 so a bit of a walk if you are dragging a lot to the beach. We chose to load the car and drop off beach supplies. Beach access at the end of a private road, which seemed the norm for the area. The limited access offered us less crowds and familiar faces as the trip progressed.
