3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home. Great neighborhood and neighbors look out for one another. Very clean and very cozy with all the right amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Open floor plan for the kitchen, living room area. Master bedroom has a California King bed with a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds. Beautifully decorations make this home feel very spacious and relaxing.
Winter months require a 4 month minimum.
There will be up to a $500 fee charged for violation of our pet-free policy for deep cleaning and sanitation services.

Summary: The property and Levon made my work vacation possible, 12 hours a day for 2 month straight gets old quick. Levon and his wife made sure I had everything I needed too make my stay in their beautiful house possible. They are great hosts.
