The house,near the city of Todi,is in a very charming situation: you can enjoy the beauties of surrounding land and hills. Privacy and relax are assured.
The property is a double storey building (ground and first floor) with a loft. All around there’s a 1600 square metre garden with a swimming pool, barbecue, gazebo and a patio where you can find a 6 seats Jacuzzi style swimming pool (3 kinds of hydro massage), tables for breakfast.
The inside of the house is so composed: ground floor with 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with fireplace and Tv, fully equipped kitchen.
First floor 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, libray and finally a loft with gym coner and pool table.
Everything is at our guests's disposal.

Summary: For two families with four children, this was a truly spacious accommodation. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the swimming pool during the hot summer days. This was also due to the really nice hosts. They live next door and are always helpful, but at the same time, they are never intrusive and allow their guests to enjoy their vacation in peace.
