Positive: The location is great. The house is spacious. All amenities expected were present. The communication with the owner was splendid. There is a parking spot. Would love to come back!

Negative: 1 room has a bathroom connected to it, the other room has to walk downstairs or share the other bathroom with the other room. Not too bad, but could be better.
