Ranch Pool and Spa 1: 14FT Deep Diving Pool and attached large jacuzzi spa that waterfalls into pool. Black bottom ensures pool stays naturally warm but can be heated by requested. Run jacuzzi spa as long as you like, switched on and off at your leisure. Ample Sun Loungers around pool, pool side table seating under solar light umbrella also. Pool and spa has color changing pool lights and there is many patio wall lights in the surrounding areas. Pool bathroom is a full bathroom with shower shared with pool bedroom.
Tennis Pool 2: Large heated pool, surrounded by lush gardens and palms. Ample lounge chairs, and seating under solar light umbrella also. One of two private pools on property (All Amenities on Property are for Ranch Guests Only and Private to Your Group)
Tennis Gazebo By Pool 2: Turbo fanned, fully lit outdoor gazebo has comfy loveseats and couch. Great area to watch swimmers in pool and enjoy views of tropical palms, and gardens.

Tennis court has pickle ball lines painted in specific area for play, net, balls and pickle-ball paddles included. Sage Hill Preserve 2 minute walk outside front gate. 4 mile loop goes up around house and back down. Views of ocean, and Miles of rolling hills.
Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve 5 minutes down road. One of San Diego County’s most precious natural resources, the Reserve currently offers approximately 11 miles of hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails, picnic areas, and scenic mountain viewing points. In addition, the natural beauty of the Reserve includes native plant communities. Hike through meadows, over creeks/rivers and around reservoir holding 8 billion gallons of water.
