Positive: Quick communication. We had a change in check-in plan and I asked if we could enter earlier and so they provided the access code a bit earlier than usual. Same thing for check-out, since we have a toddler, we gotta adjust our schedule to his feeding plan so we wanted to stay just a bit longer and they were quick in replying, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean and spacious. Having that small corner for our toddler to sit and play was awesome as well.

Negative: All was good.
