Positive: This is way better than a hotel room. Perfect location. This is suitable for people who are wanting to stay long in Freo or maybe a couple too.
Negative: Since the property is close to the city center, if you are a light sleeper like me, then this is not a fit for you. Expect that you can hear noises from either sides of this property. I reckon the structure allows sound to pass through which is a privacy issue.
