Summary: This is a well equipped and comfortable property. The bedrooms are a good size, and 2 bathrooms is nice. Simple, but more than adequate kitchen, dining and living spaces. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The location is basically in the middle of Fremantle and the CBD, which is good, but the Canning Highway is typically very busy, so if trying to head towards Fremantle, getting across the road is difficult...something i noticed in general about Perth traffic.The only real concern i had is that after making a non-refundable payment, i was then presented with some additional house policies that i had to accept. They weren't onerous, but i expect all policies and rental agreements to be presented prior to payment.
