This home is centrally located in the heart of Marathon. Sombrero beach is only one mile away and it offers covered pavilion, gazebos with BBQ grills, bathrooms, playground for children and sand volleyball courts. Sombrero Beach is a great place to spend the day with your family.

Summary: We loved this condo. Very accessible to everything there is to do in area. Condo was the perfect spot. Nice quiet neighborhood. The checkin and out was fantastic. Ivette was great to work with. We ate all the local restaurants they were all good!! Loved sombrero beach for laying out and going to watch sunset. Key west is an 1 1/2 away for a day trip.
