Ground floor: Dining room, bathroom (shower cubicle, standard toilet, and hydromassage shower with hammam function), fully equipped kitchen, Louis XIII-style living room. A grand piano is available. The house is spread over several levels, with steps leading to the living room.
First floor: 1 Napoleon-style bamboo bedroom with carved wooden furniture and a desk, 1 Louis XIII-style bedroom, and 1 Louis Philippe-style bedroom. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Second floor: 1 library area on the mezzanine with books for all ages, an office, and a games room in a second room with a small billiard table, a chessboard, a guitar, and a synthesizer.
Enjoy the outdoor space where two streams, the Oeil and the Cluzeau, flow through the property. The owner lives in the old mill dating from 1718 across the street from the cottage. This is a non-smoking house.
