Positive: Central location, free parking nearby. Friendly welcome. Clean, comfortable, decent sized towels. Accommodation is separate from the main building with its own entrance. Quiet.

Negative: It was chilly despite it being warm outside. Central heating didn't come on but there was a freestanding heater.

Summary: Little gem in the heart of Malton.
