The studio suite is located on lower level while the owner lives on the upper level of the home. The suite has its own private entrance and outdoor patio. My home is close to everything that Chemainus has to offer - Kin Beach and the very best Thai Restaurant in Chemainus is around the corner. Everything is within walking distance - Latte and Expresso coffee, Shopping,, a market and world famous murals that illustrate the history of Chemainus. Also Live Dinner Theatre, golfing, hiking trails. You may want to take a day trip to Thetis Island. This ferry is 1 block from my house. Lots of fun and adventure to be had in our beautiful little town on the sea.

Summary: I needed a simple studio for a workshop I was taking in the area. I didn’t spend much time at this property other than to sleep, but it had everything I needed and was perfectly located. Communication w owner was outstanding she was so kind and had great recommendations. Beautiful area and some great restaurants and a lovely park on the waterfront all within walking distance.
