Positive: The location is excellent - right in the heart of Lugano and within walking distance of everything. The apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and very thoughtfully equipped. Although not very large, the space is organized exceptionally well and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The furnishings, linens, tableware, and amenities all felt fresh, modern, and of good quality. The host was outstanding - always available, incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed.

Negative: Nothing significant. The apartment is compact, but the space is used very efficiently, making it comfortable even for a longer stay.
