Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful touches such as a bottle of local red sparkling wine and artisan biscuits, gestures that immediately made us feel at home. Sergio and Vale greeted us personally, taking the time to answer all our questions and provide valuable insights about the area. Throughout our stay, they struck the perfect balance of being attentive while giving us privacy, discreetly checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Both check-in and check-out were handled with great flexibility, which we truly appreciated.
