Positive: Lovely house, spacious, comfortable, well appointed with lovely attention to detail. The host was very welcoming, and it was clear that the property is loved and cared for. A rural setting, and a house with history, with antique furniture and touches, yet all modernised. It had everything you can ask for, a comfy living room, and even a washing machine, which is handy when traveling with hand luggage only.
Negative: There is one bathroom upstairs, with a nice shower, but the 2nd bathroom on the ground floor, although larger, does not have a shower, just a tub, which is stylish, but not practical. Nothing else I could fault!
