Summary: If I have to be fair an honest, there were some issues.Negative Issues: 1. the extra charge for bed linen was a bit much, the accommodation was expensive enough as it was, without adding 15 pp for ben linen2. Upon arrival, there was a smell of mold or mildew straight away, it seemed to be coming from rising damp at the back door in Kitchen, it had then reached the cupboard where all the cutlery & dishes and cooking pots and pans were stored, we have to wash them before every use. 3. All of the pictures on the website showed the pool from the apartments, even after asking about extra pictures and distance from the pool, the apartment had no view of the pool, it would be better if you showed the correct back garden view of each apartment, just to be fair to renters so they are not disappointed upon arrival. 4. There was no air conditioning in the apartment. This was never advertised or mentioned for the apartment, we though this would have been as standard for such a hot country, so we had to ask for an extra fan as only one old one was provided and that started giving trouble after night # 2. 5. The internet wifi was not working, we were told it was a network wide issue, but the apartment next door seemed to have no issues. so we had no wifi as advertised for the entire week, which meant the tv would not work either.Positive issues:1. The positive thing about our stay was the assistance of Valeria & Daniel, any text for assistance was returned & resolved straight away
