Casa de Suenos is a five-bedroom villa, perched on the mountain side overlooking the water & mountains in Coral Bay. If your party has more than 10 people, you can add the following add-ons upon checkout:
One twin roll away: $25/night
Queen futon: $25/ night- There's a queen futon located in the media room, between the two lower bedrooms.
This home features A/C in the bedrooms to keep you cool in the evenings. The open floor plan in the main living area provides a spacious area for friends and family to relax or socialize and enjoy the views of the Caribbean Sea. A separate cottage is available to rent (at an additional cost) which provides extended living quarters for those looking for some privacy from the rest of the home.
*The cottage is not rented to other parties when guests are in the main house.
Bed Setup: There are private bedrooms at each corner of the home, upstairs and downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have King beds that can be converted into twins if desired. Please advise if you would like each of the two rooms to be twins or a king when booking. Another bedroom has two twins that cannot be converted. The remaining bedrooms in the main house have king beds.
Bathrooms: Each bedroom has a private full bath.
Nestled atop the mountain, the main living area of the villa is cooled by tropical breezes. The living area has comfortable seating, including a dining table that seats eight and plush living room furniture. The TV's have smart capabilities and also feature cable.
The kitchen: Features an island bar, top-of-the-line appliances, spacious counter tops and beautiful cabinetry.
The Cottage (located right next to the main house): The guest cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV, A/C in the bedroom, half-bath upstairs, private deck and breathtaking views. A spiral staircase leads down to the bedroom and there's a full bath on the lower floor. The cottage features a queen size bed.

**Important: Please note rates are based on the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you have 2 couples in your party, then you will most likely only need two bedrooms. We will charge only for those two rooms and the others will be locked. Summary: The driveway was very bumpy, but as soon as we got to the house, it was worth it. The view was unbelievable. At first the bedrooms were a little musty, but figured maybe they hadn’t used those rooms lately. The living space was very nice. Large enough for our group of 10. Beautiful beaches were near by. Several local places to eat were close. Any problem we had Emma responded quickly and took care of the issue. Would definitely recommend this to others
