Imagine yourself immersed in the pure relaxation provided by the solitude of the private heated salt pure pool while sipping on a frozen delight delivered to you from the adjoining outdoor bar. Your dinner is sizzling on the grill or griddle of the plush outdoor kitchen. Your friends and family are quietly reading under the pergola while gently swinging in the cozy sky chairs. The outdoor fireplace emits a warming glow from the crackling fire. This and more are all possible from this custom built home which is only to be outdone by the unique and exquisite yard, ideal for entertaining your entire party. The main floor of this home encompasses a sitting space with 65'' TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a spacious kitchen with island seating, and a half bathroom with direct access to the private enclosed outdoor shower. On the second floor you will find the laundry room and the primary bedroom with a king bed. Just outside the primary bedroom find a room with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) and another bedroom with a queen. The second floor is rounded out by the cavernous bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. There is driveway parking for 4 cars. Need a little additional space? Consider the adjoining rentals adding 3-4 more bedrooms and 2 additional kitchens! Home available for 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee. Additional $250 per dog per week fee applies (not permitted in pool area) BOOK NOW!! Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The outdoor space was perfect and very private. The pool was large and clean. The bar, the swings, the kitchen, and fireplace made it hard to go anywhere else! The inside was really clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The outdoor shower was great. Good location, very quick drive to restaurants, mini golf, coffee shop etc. Close enough to walk or bike to these things, but the roads are narrow and no sidewalks or bike lanes so we were only comfortable driving. The owner was responsive when we had questions. Pack a Bluetooth speaker for the pool (only thing missing) and enjoy this house! We hope to be back someday.
