A great little home nestled in the suburb of Coolbellup, this new home is perfect for travellers wanting to be close to the beach and the town of Fremantle. You won't find an easier lock and leave home that is in the perfect location. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants, sightseeing, and more, you'll enjoy the convenience. Our favourite part of the house is our living room which opens up to an outdoor dining space to enjoy in the warmer months, relax with a drink in hand as the sun goes down.
THE SPACE:
The house is fully equipped and perfect for up to 4 people (2 queen size beds).
**No extra guests allowed**
The first bedroom has a Queen Bed with a double wardrobe and a dresser. There is a reverse-cycle aircon/heater available. The second bedroom also has a Queen Bed with a dresser and a large window for morning light.
In the bathroom, there is a lovely glass double shower, basin, and toilet.
The open-plan living room has a comfy couch with a 50" TV. There's the ability to log into your own Netflix or access free-to-air TV. There is also a Nintendo Wii, plenty of books to read, and card games to enjoy! This open space also has a reverse-cycle aircon/heater available.
Options for dining include the round inside dining table and the outdoor alfresco area with a large outdoor table. Our outdoor area is great for relaxing in the afternoon with a tea and book, or a wine.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine with the yummiest local coffee beans! The pantry has a shelf full of condiments that guests are welcome to use - spices, salt, pepper, oil, etc.
Inside the garage is the laundry cupboard which has a washing machine for your use. There is a clothesline outside in the backyard, as well as clotheshorses inside the garage.
We keep the property stocked with handwash, body wash, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tissues, toilet paper, tea, coffee and sugar.
Rubbish: Please dispose of all rubbish in the large outdoor bins. There is 1 bin with a red lid for general rubbish and 1 bin with a yellow lid for your recyclables. ***Please place bins on the verge on Tuesday nights ready for Wednesday morning pick up***
Parking: One small car can be reverse-parked into the garage, or parked on the front verge. If you think you cannot fit your car into the garage, please do not attempt as you will be charged extra for any damage you make. Please do not park in the common driveway.
Our home style is beach-style décor with timber-like floors in bedrooms and soft colours - to make you feel cozy, calm, and at home.
Guest access
Guests are free to use the entire house and garage, excluding cupboards that are locked. Guests are free to go where they want on the property except for the shed which is locked and unavailable for guests.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- NO PARTIES / EVENTS
- Quiet hours from 9pm - 7am
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
- Dishes are to be washed before checkout.
- The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay, or your booking will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
- Please treat the space with respect as if it were your own home. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. You, as the booking guest, are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by yourself or any one of your guests accessing the home during your stay.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE VACATED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
