Private setting on 1,500 feet of frontage. Lake Charlevoix boat ramp is two miles away. You can canoe/kayak right to Lake Charlevoix from your front door. Boyne Mountain is less than 15 minutes away for skiing and golfing. Several golf courses are less than 10 - 20 minutes away. Traveling nurses or longer term renters welcome during months of November through May. Contact us for lower long term rates, minumum 30 days.
