Positive: Very nice hotel, clean, quiet and in good location to reach everything by walking but also quick to airport or harbour with grab taxi. 😊 Mr Randy was always there for us (day and night). Super friendly and helped us with planning our trip to the thousand islands. Ms Ratna was super friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to help us organise a laundry service even on the biggest holiday of the year when everything was closed. Overall we had a great experience in this Brix Hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Terimah kasi! 😊💕
Negative: The pillows were a bit too big and stiff for us. But that's really a personal preference I believe.
Summary: Cozy, clean hotel & super nice staff :)
