Positive: The cabin is in a lovely location with a view over a field and on to the woods beyond. It is updated with nice internal finishes, modern bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer, stovetop and microwave. The keys were in the door. Good communication from the hosts.
Negative: It is very very small—4 adults would be challenged to share the space. There were no towels for bathing or even washing face or hands—only dish towels! It is advertised as having wi-fi, but the host wrote in our admission instructions that the wi-fi is broken. Since the network name is whited out in the guest book, I doubt it has been working for some time. It is past season for pool use, but the pool also appeared to be long out of use.
Summary: Inexpensive. Come forewarned.
