Summary: We was greeted at the boat and walked to our room by the concierge. The room was great. Pools was great. Boat taking us to the south island ran like clockwork. We was there during hi sargassum season and very little issues. People working at every level of the complex was nice. Even the construction workers. View is excellent also. Pools good. Best place on any of the islands we have visited.
