Summary: I was charged a $50.00 "facility's" fee and I'm curious as to want facilities they mean. There are no TV's, no in room fridge, no ice ( there was a ice machine that uses a big water bottle placed in the top, which was empty), a small common fridge in the lobby and very limited internet. I stayed 4 days and only saw someone cleaning a room and he was able to get me ice, a trash bag and gave me the code for the guest closet that has linens and things in it. How you are supposed to get stuff out when you don't have the code, I don't know. The last day as I was leaving there was a staff person in the lobby who was very nice. The place itself was lovely, comfortable, well decorated, had comfortable beds and was a nice distance from anything else making it nice and private. I arrived late and it was concerning that the front door is not locked and there is no staff to monitor who comes in and out. The woman on the last day did tell me that it was recently bought by new owners and that they plan to update things like the Tv's in rooms and better internet.I would stay there again if they fixed these things as I was trying to work from there and had to go elsewhere to get online. Again, lovely place but needs some staff, and updates.
