3 Bedroom House in Kings Beach

Unwind at this gorgeous beachside cottage in Kings Beach. Beautifully decorated with a Hamptons feel, this is the perfect base for your family or group to enjoy all that Kings Beach has to offer.
The Blue Beach House is located in a quiet street which feels peaceful and away from the crowds, yet is only a 5 minute walk to the sand at the patrolled Kings Beach. Restaurants and cafes are also within this walk and aplenty. You are welcome to bring your small dog, we just ask that they are kept outside, permitted on the undercover deck. Cool off under the outdoor shower after a fun day exploring the beach!
Small outdoor dogs allowed (permitted on the deck but not inside). The property is fully fenced.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Summary: Good location in close proximity to shops and beach the neighbourhood was a little shabby. Guests to supply all linen yet we weren’t told it was king singles and king bed so linen didn’t fit. Lots of green ant nests in the back yard the kids got a lot of bites so lots of tears playing outside. Overall nice old house just a few little things
