Positive: Perfect spot, overlooking commercial fishing dock and the processing plant (no noise or aroma from the plant). Added bonus of serenade from 30 Sea Lions (that could be loud for light sleepers).

Summary: Perfect off-season spot - heads up much tourist related stuff is closed the end of January.
