Summary: There is nothing terribly wrong with this property. That said, it leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, the unit is in need of a deep clean, repairs, and some basic items to make it comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families, especially with young children.Cleanliness - The couch is covered in noticable food stains, and we found hair clumps in the corner of the bathroom.Maintenance - There are areas of crumbling plaster and orange stains on the ceiling where parts of the ceiling are peeling away. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom isn't actually attached and kept falling down. There is cracked tile in the bathroom and the floor vent isn't attached creating a hazard. When we arrived, the smoke detectors were in a closet, so we replaced them in the bedrooms. The outdoor space is littered with spare fencing and wood and is poorly maintained, so that it would be hard to navigate for anyone with mobility issues and would be dangerous for young children.Comfort Items - I wish there were blackout curtains. There weren't enough dinner knives to set places for the 4 us of, and there were two coffee makers, but neither of them worked. (We did contact the owner about these issues. They sent more cutlery and a new functioning coffee maker, but it took a couple days, so we did have those for the last morning of our trip.)Pros - The host provided plenty of extra toilet paper and towels and commcommuned quickly.
