Looking for a Holetown Rental Villa? Then, look no further than the fabulous Villa Gina™ – with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Villa Gina™ is really well located in close proximity to great beaches and all that the West Coast has to offer.

Villa Gina™ is within the secure gated community of Heron Court, a development of just 28 units, built in 2005. Entry is via passcode operated electronic gates.

On entering the villa, you step into a delightful, open plan area, comprising an indoor dining area, kitchen and living space. For your comfort, this open plan living area has air conditioning. All furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard and the property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The ground floor level also has a powder room.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the pots, pans, tableware and utensils you will require for your holiday culinary requirements. There is an oven, cook top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and steamer, iron and ironing board.

Housekeeping is included every 4th day and all towels and linens are provided.

There are 4 TVs within the villa (each bedroom and the living space) with an additional sound bar in the living area. Cable TV is provided and there are books and DVDs available for your entertainment. High speed, Wi-Fi internet service is available throughout.

The outside of the property is equally beautiful. Through the patio doors you will find another dining and living area along with the plunge pool (13ft x 13ft), deck and carefully manicured, westerly facing gardens. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining using the BBQ provided.

The villa has three bedrooms all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. They benefit from plenty of storage space and walk in wardrobes.

The master bedroom is on the lower level, has a queen size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom facilities, comprising w/c and shower.

The two further bedrooms are to be found upstairs. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a combination tub/shower, “his & hers” sink layout, w/c. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 single beds.

The upper level is also home to a fully equipped laundry room (with an extra fridge/freezer).
