The living/dining area includes a large granite counter-top island, kitchen with high-end appliances, dining area and living area with a flat screen TV. Step outside onto the porch to enjoy the fresh air, grill on the new barbecue, play lawn games in the private back yard, or use the outdoor shower to wash the sand away. The first floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level with an en-suite bath and an oversized deck to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails as you gaze outwards towards Popponesset Beach. The upper level also includes 2 additional spacious bedrooms and a full bath.
