You can walk to the Trigg surf beach, Mettams Pool and the various small coves long the famous West Coast Drive. Its also close to the Trigg Bushland and Star Swamp for bushwalks and just 2km from the Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
The gated pool with inbuilt bench seat is perfect for the Perth summer, then rinse off under the outside shower.
Up the teak steps is the front porch alfresco area, with lounge chair, sitting bench and coffee tables beneath the hanging fairy lights. Relax with a book in the hanging chair whilst overlooking the pool, frangipani and fan palm trees.
The glass door leads inside to the family room with a leather chesterfield lounge suite and mounted Sony 85” Smart TV.
