Retiro de Bavaro is a small gated community with private gym and outside pool for guest only . we are located. only 15 minutes away from the punta cana international airport (PUJ ) our ground floor apartment is a 2 bedroom 4 sleep apartment with full and well equipped kitchen , we supply all you need like towels, linnen pots ,pans,.....the master bedroom in suite with king size bed .second room with queen bed

Summary: Shower hose broken in Master Bathroom.No tour given of unit upon arrival. Condo manager brought hose to install 5 days later. Toilet seal leaked Master Bathroom. Not fixed. No screens on bedroom windows to open for ventilation without flies.Interior doors noisy and rattling. No dryer in condo. One dirty dryer for 30 units. Laundry room dirty with no water source. No swimming pool washrooms, inoperative and no outside shower. Exterior patio area nice but without comfortable chairs. No TV service. All water nasty and smelly. Swimming pool dirty and unfiltered. Security automatic gate motor broken, apparently for quite some time. Poor lighting in main living area, just 3 chandelier bulbs for whole area including kitchen.Garden/parking and pathway areas nice due to workers efforts. Hallways,windows and doors always clean due to workers.Air conditioning only in bedrooms.No toaster in kitchen but had blender/panini grill/coffee maker and enough dishes.No games room or social area. Workers nice and helpful. OK.That is enough I guess. Would not recommend this unit until improvements are made.
