Summary: The only thing we weren’t happy with is that they lock the door to the hot tub before closing time. Not cool when people race back to have 15 mins of hot tub time before it closes, and they’ve already shut it down. I looked around to see if the rules explicitly state that they close the tub to new soakers at a certain time but there is nothing. Seems to me the employees just wanted to deal with earlier so they could leave earlier.
