The unit has a master bedroom with a queen bed & TV; a marble/limestone master bathroom; a living rm with large screen tv & pullout sofa queen bed; and a kitchenette with table and four chairs, microwave, toaster, stocked fridge; a private entrance opens onto a lush backyard with seating area and views of our babbling brook. We are located in Lakeville just 2.2 miles from Hotchkiss school; and 1.2 miles to Indian Mt. School and 5.6 miles to Lime Rock Park. We are under five miles to Sharon CT, Lakeville CT, Salisbury CT & Millerton NY Centers. Ski areas like Mohawk, Catamount and Butternut are close by. The Sharon Playhouse, Music Mountain, Hiking & water sports are available in the many local town lakes. We offer a continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jellies, peanut butter, Nutella, fruit, yogurt, cereals, orange juice, milk, drip & Keurig coffee as well as an assortment of Harney teas. We also provide water bottles, Iphone and Android chargers, granola bars and wi-fi. There is an extra charge for the 3rd and 4th persons of $15 per day each and a $60 dollar cleaning fee per stay/ or per week for those staying longer.
