Positive: Close to the beach and the center of the urban area. The owner is great. She is a lovely lady, helpful and nice. She tries to help all the time and when something happens, even if it's not related to the accommodation, she takes care and worries about it.
Negative: Nothing. You need to consider, it is Thailand and the tsunami area, infrastructures are not equal to other areas.
