Summary: I liked the floor plan.The location was convenient, close to shopping and places I wanted to see/experience.Furnishings could benefit from a bit of an upgrade; kitchen implements were fairly minimal.Barbecue was unusable.Garage was very inconvenient for a person with a partial disability; I walk with a cane and the distance between residence and garage [while only about 20yards] was at times difficult to navigate when carrying groceries, luggage, other items. Landscaping was minimal, with sidewalk and patio weeds - nothing dramatic, but an easy fix.. Clubhouse personnel were unfriendly, apparently didn't like renters. Not allowed to play golf, use fitness room or use restaurant. Seemed petty. Screens torn on sliding glass doors which allowed insect entry and prevented open doors, cracks in shower floor. One bathroom faucet didn't work. No major disappointments, but several inconveniences that could have been easily remedied with more attentive maintenance.Residence is for sale, so four real estate agents showed up unannounced - irritating, but managed.Would probably not return to this location or residence.
