Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean, cosy, ready on time and easy to find and access. It has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful sunrise. A couple of more chairs would have been nice (there were 3 of us) and maybe some cushions (the chairs were quite uncomfortable without). Location is ideal, close to Platinia Shopping Centre, BT Are a and many more. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and a small request for an extra access card was handled swiftly on the weekend, which was much appreciated. The restaurant suggestions along with other places, were also very thoughtful and we indeed enjoy the pastries at Meron. If I may make a small suggestion, extra house slippers (there were only 2 pairs), bath supplies, a few water bottles and maybe a fruit basket or some sweets to welcome guests would be a very nice touch. I believe the price could be adjusted to fit in the cost of these add-ons as it was reasonable to begin with and these details would make anyone’s stay there even more memorable. Overall, I would definitely recommend to friends and family and book again whenever I will be in Cluj.
Negative: The underground parking was inaccessible for our car, because of the “hump” at the entryway and street parking was quite hard to find as many spots were reserved for subscription holders.
Summary: Wonderful place with very nice and friendly owners in a great location!
