Living/dining room - two-seater sofa, two armchairs, dining table with 6 chairs, TV & DVD player. Wi-Fi recently installed.
There are two double bedrooms with wardrobe and drawers in both rooms.
Well-equipped kitchen with twin oven four-hob cooker, microwave, toaster etc.and a breakfast table for two; no dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, basin, lavatory and heated towel rail. Electric heating in all rooms. Spacious hallway.
We have someone who lives very nearby who cleans the flat and manages the change overs she is also there to give you any support if needed. All linen is provided.

Summary: Enjoy coming to this lovely, well equipped, comfortable flat and have returned four times.Jane, the host is super helpful and there is everything you need in the flat which is located opposite Kelso Abbey and near all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
