Back inside, an open floor plan provides easy flow between the formal dining room, living spaces, and kitchen. The first living area features lofty two-story ceilings, a wet-bar area, and comfortable sofas overlooking the golf course and lagoon. An open formal dining area serves as the perfect place to gather for meals with your loved ones.
Proceed into the completely renovated kitchen, where you will find custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. Open to the kitchen, the second family room provides ample seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a large wall-mounted TV. The pool (size 22x12) has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
