This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with free toiletries. It features a sleek kitchen with cookware and has a contemporary living room/dining room area with panoramic views of the deck with lounge chairs, and fire pit.
The home is located on the same floor level where you have private access to both the front garden and deck.
NOTE: Owner occupies a separate upstairs unit with its own private entrance and yard and respects guest privacy.
Guest Access:
Private Entrance. You have private access to the entire home on the same level including the deck and front garden area.
Other Things to Note:
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any violation of this is $1,000 or more.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Additional guests after 6 registered people/approved pets would require an extra charge of $40 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head (2x the normal charge).
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
We don’t monitor propane tank usage. There is a place nearby where you can exchange for a refill.
