Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this property is simply superb! It offers a comfortable place to relax and soak up the beautiful view on holidays whilst here in Mallacoota!
Nestled on Karbeethong hill amongst the trees, guests are invited to sit on the deck and enjoy the stunning view of the lake but also the myriad of birds and wildlife that frequent the area.
Located close to Croajingalong National park, walking tracks, boat hire and Karbeethong jetty, it is the perfect choice for the avid explorer or fisherperson!
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is a laundry with washing machine and extra fridge.
Sleeps 6 guests, with one queen sized bed in the main bedroom and then the second bedroom containing another queen bed and two single beds in the form of bunks.
Pet friendly - small dogs only. Please be courteous to other guests and keep your pets off the furniture. This property is not fenced at all so please also be aware of this.
Linen will be provided; however, guests will be required to bring their own towels.

Summary: Mallacoota is out go to holiday destination for wildlife and nature. This premises overlooks the lower lake and has wonderful views and wildlife visitors such as lyrebirds, king parrots, bowerbirds and kangaroos.The house is well appointed with a great kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable, and for those wet days a largescreen smart TV.We have booked here 4 times and are never disappointed.and plenty of local visitors such as
