Welcome to a cozy natural plot in beautiful Roslagen, close to many forest paths and a crystal-clear swimming lake in a small leisure area. The property has two houses, a larger one with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two and kitchen. There is also an electric toilet in the house. There is also a loft with mattresses where there are games and puzzles to borrow. In the living room there is a Roslags stove that spreads cozy warmth for cool days. Just above the balcony is the small house with a bed and an extra bed. The small house has a triplet. The large balcony has a roof over half and an open half. There is a small lawn in front of the balcony. There is also a large sundeck on the plot, where there are tables and chairs and a barbecue. A lovely outdoor shower is on the gable of the small house. At the back there is also a separate room for those who live in the small house. The wonderful spring lake is 2 km from the house, the water is completely clear with a sandy bottom, sandy beach and bathing jetty. Fishing licenses can be purchased. You can also fish and swim in the Baltic Sea, which is about 7 km from the house. From there you can also get to Ljusterö, for pleasant discoveries, more nice baths and restaurants. The summer town of Norrtälje is 20 km away, with plenty of shops and restaurants.
